How it works

Three steps. The third one is doing nothing.

If you can send a WhatsApp message, you already know how to use NagMeLater. There is no step where you learn an app.

1

Say it like a human

Message NagMeLater the way you'd ask a friend. Dates, times, "tomorrow", "every Monday", it understands plain words.

Remind me every year on Nov 24, our anniversary 💍
2

Get instant confirmation

Within seconds it confirms exactly what it understood and when it'll nag you, in your timezone, detected automatically.

✅ Got it! I'll remind you on Tue, Nov 24, 9:00 AM, repeating every year. ⏰
3

Forget it. Completely.

That's the whole point. The thought leaves your head, and comes back as a WhatsApp message at exactly the right moment.

⏰ Reminder: it's your anniversary 💍
What it does

Every reminder app fails the same way: you stop opening it.

You already open WhatsApp dozens of times a day. NagMeLater doesn't ask for a new habit, it borrows one you have.

Capture anything

Say it once. Consider it handled.

Reminders, to-dos, shopping lists, little notes, anything you're afraid of forgetting goes into the same chat you already live in. Typo'd the time? Just say "actually 5pm" and it fixes itself. Months later, "reminders about rent" finds it again.

Just say it like this: todo buy milk by friday note Raj owes me $50 remind me every monday 9am… actually 5pm
Stay on track

An accountability coach that texts you twice a day.

Every morning it asks for your top 3 priorities. Every evening it checks what actually got done, and rolls the rest to tomorrow. Add habit streaks and goals with deadlines, or just type "prioritize" and let it pick what matters most right now.

Just say it like this: daily accountability at 8am and 8pm habit: run at 7am daily goal: launch by aug 1 prioritize
See your day

Your whole day in one message. Before it happens.

Type "today" for an instant rundown, reminders, overdue tasks, streaks, goal countdowns. Or have it arrive on its own: a morning briefing with your coffee, an evening recap, a Monday weekly review. And with "connect calendar", every Google Calendar meeting nudges you on WhatsApp before it starts.

Just say it like this: today this week connect calendar morning briefing at 8am
For your people

Nag the people you love. Lovingly.

Create a group, give everyone a name, and "remind @Mom sunday 5pm to call grandma" lands on her phone at 5pm sharp. Later, ask "who is Raj" and it pulls together every note and reminder you've saved about him.

Just say it like this: create group Family as Mehul remind @Rahul friday 6pm… who is Raj

What users say

Rated five stars by people who used to forget things.

Real reviews from real users, in their own words, lightly trimmed for length.

Amazing WhatsApp reminder tool

Simple, hassle-free and easy to use. A one-stop shop for all your reminders and follow-ups, just a chat message away.

👨🏽Sharib Sultan

Helping me a lot with my daily follow-ups

NagMeLater is a simple but very useful tool. It helps me keep track of important follow-ups and ensures that nothing slips through the cracks. Easy to use, reliable, and a great productivity companion for anyone managing multiple tasks and conversations. Highly recommended.

👨🏻Punit Dalal

Really impressed with how easy NML is to use

I wanted a simple way to schedule the things I often forget. NML made the whole process very easy: write your message and you're done. Everything worked perfectly, the message becomes the schedule. Great concept and smooth experience.

🧑🏽Trupal

Excellent and easy for reminders

Excellent and easy for reminders on WhatsApp. Rather than managing multiple applications, it's best to have it all in one place on WhatsApp with NagMeLater.

👨🏾Bhavesh Tailor

One of my favourite productivity tools

Since NML works entirely through WhatsApp, I don't need to open another app or learn a new interface. It's simple, reliable, and fits perfectly into my daily workflow. The founder is also incredibly responsive and genuinely listens to feedback. Highly recommended.

👨🏻‍💻Gaurav

Replaced Memorae with this

Gemini pointed me here while I was looking for something to replace Memorae. That one is also a WhatsApp integration, but annoyingly “precious” and gamified. Not my thing. This one just gets on with it.

🧔🏼Rex

Got something to say? Message the bot feedback: your words and it lands straight with the founder.

NagMeLater is a WhatsApp contact, so every feature is something you type. Here is the whole list, with the actual words that trigger it.

Setting a reminder

The core. Say it how you would say it to a person.

  • One-off reminders: "Remind me tomorrow at 3pm to call John"
  • Recurring: daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, weekdays only, or every N hours
  • Any language: English, Hindi, Hinglish, Spanish, Arabic and more
  • Send a voice note and it gets transcribed and scheduled
  • Up to 15 reminders from a single message
  • Deadline phrasing like "before 31 July" also nudges you 2 days and 1 day ahead
  • Timezone detected from your number; timezone Mumbai to change it

✍️ Changing and cancelling

Nothing you set is stuck. It is all one more message.

  • reminders to see everything upcoming
  • reminders about dentist to search by keyword
  • edit 1 to friday 5pm to reschedule
  • actually 3pm to fix the last one you set
  • snooze 15 to be nagged again in 15 minutes
  • only on weekdays to skip weekends on a recurring one
  • cancel 2, cancel all, and restore reminders to undo within 24 hours

🔔 Nagging that actually works

Because one notification you swiped away is not a reminder.

  • nag mode on re-nags every 30 minutes, up to 3 times, until you reply done
  • Or per reminder: "remind me at 5pm to send the invoice and nag me until done"
  • Reply done or snooze 15 to stop the nagging
  • Reply directly to a reminder to act on exactly that one
  • Several reminders due at once arrive as one numbered message

To-dos and projects

A list that lives where you already talk.

  • todo buy milk, or todo buy milk by friday to add a due date
  • todo buy domain #website to file it under a project
  • todos, tasks or my list to see everything open
  • done 1 or done 1,2,3 to complete
  • edit todo 1 to new text and delete todos 1,2
  • restore todos undoes a delete within 24 hours
  • projects for every project with open counts, project website for one
  • Overdue and forgotten tasks are flagged, and you can paste in up to 30 at once

🔥 Habits and streaks

The part that makes it stick.

  • habit: go for a run at 7am daily to start tracking
  • Reply done when it fires to log the day and grow the streak
  • habits for every habit with its current streak and total
  • undo takes back a done logged by mistake
  • Streaks tracked across daily, weekly and monthly habits
  • Your streaks show up in the morning briefing

🎯 Goals

The bigger things, with a countdown attached.

  • goal: Launch website by Aug 1st to set one with a deadline
  • goals to see them all with days remaining
  • goal done: Launch website to celebrate
  • edit goal 1 to new text and delete goals 1
  • restore goals undoes a delete within 24 hours
  • Goals due within a week appear in your morning briefing

📝 Notes and people

A memory for the things that are not tasks.

  • note Raj owes me $50 to save anything (remember ... works too)
  • notes for everything you have saved
  • notes about Raj or "what do I know about Raj" to search
  • edit note 1 to new text and delete notes 1
  • restore notes undoes a delete within 24 hours
  • who is Raj pulls together every note and reminder about a person
  • Related notes surface automatically when you set a matching reminder

📅 Google Calendar

Read-only, and revocable in one message.

  • connect calendar links your Google Calendar in about 20 seconds
  • A WhatsApp nudge before every meeting, 15 minutes ahead by default
  • meeting alerts 30 min before to change the lead time
  • meeting alerts 1 hour and 15 min before for up to 5 nudges per meeting
  • my meetings lists the next 24 hours, skip meeting 2 silences one
  • pause calendar and resume calendar without unlinking
  • disconnect calendar deletes the connection and cached events instantly
  • Rescheduled meetings move with you; all-day events and declined invites stay quiet

🤝 Accountability coach

Two check-ins a day, if you want them.

  • daily accountability at 8am and 8pm turns it on
  • Morning: it asks your top 3 priorities and turns them into tracked tasks
  • Evening: an honest tick-or-cross review of how the day actually went
  • Reply yes and anything unfinished rolls to tomorrow morning
  • stop coach turns it off, no questions asked

🌅 Briefings and reviews

Five recurring digests, each optional and each with an off switch.

  • morning briefing at 9am: today's reminders, tasks, habits and goals
  • evening review at 9pm: what fired today plus tomorrow's preview
  • weekly review at 9am every Monday
  • monthly review at 9am on the 1st
  • yearly review at 9am on 1 January
  • stats for deliveries, completions and your longest streaks
  • settings shows your timezone, plan and every review time

Planning your day

For the days when the list is too long to read.

  • prioritize picks your 3 to 5 most urgent items and says why
  • plan my week reads your week for busy days, free slots and 3 focus actions
  • today for a snapshot of reminders, tasks and goals due now
  • this week for the next 7 days grouped by day
  • Both AI commands reply in whatever language you write in
  • Falls back to a sensible time-ordered list if the AI is ever unavailable

👥 Group reminders

For nagging someone who is not you.

  • create group Family as Mehul gives you a 6-character invite code
  • join A3F9B2 as Mom to join with that code
  • remind @Mom tomorrow at 9am to call grandma lands on her phone
  • group members to see who is in
  • rename group and leave group any time
  • They need WhatsApp and nothing else, no app and no account

📎 Files, photos and extras

The small things that make it feel finished.

  • Send a photo or document (up to 5 MB) and attach it to a reminder or task
  • The reminder quotes your original message back, so the file is right there
  • help for a compact guide, help habits for one topic, help all for everything
  • write to founder sends Mehul a message straight from the chat
  • subscription for your plan and billing at any time
  • Gift a plan to someone else and they claim it with one tap
  • Works on any phone with WhatsApp, Android or iPhone, nothing to install

Every item above is included on the free trial and on both paid plans. Not sure a feature does what you want? Text help to the bot and try it for free.

Questions

Fair questions, straight answers.

Do I need to install anything?

No. NagMeLater is a WhatsApp contact, not an app. Tap the button, send a message, done. If you have WhatsApp, you have NagMeLater.

What can I actually say to it?

Anything that starts with the intent to be reminded: "remind me tomorrow at 3pm to call John", "nag me in 45 minutes to check the oven", "remind me every Friday at 5pm to send the report". One-off or recurring, daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly. And in any language: Hindi, Spanish, Arabic, Hinglish, text the way you talk.

Can I see, cancel, or snooze my reminders?

Yes, it's all just texting. Send "reminders" to see everything upcoming, "cancel 2" (or "cancel all") to cancel, and "snooze 15" after a reminder arrives to be nagged again in 15 minutes. Recurring reminders are cancelled the same way, no nag outlives your patience.

How does it know my timezone?

From your phone number's country code, automatically. When you set a reminder, the confirmation shows the exact local time so you can see it got it right. Somewhere else? Just text "timezone Mumbai" or "timezone Pacific" and it switches.

What happens after my free 7-day trial?

The bot tells you the trial is over and sends a secure checkout link with two options: monthly ($1.99/mo launch price for the first 100 users, $4.99/mo after) or a Lifetime Deal ($59 one-time, unlimited forever). No surprise charges, nothing is billed unless you choose to upgrade.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime. Your subscription simply lapses at the end of the period, no phone calls, no retention dance.

Does NagMeLater have a to-do list?

Yes. Text "todo buy milk" or "add a task: call dentist" and it's saved to your list. Say "todos" or "my list" anytime to see everything open. Mark items done with "done 1", edit with "edit todo 1 to ...", or delete with "delete todo 1". Tasks carry forward until you finish them, and overdue ones are flagged when you view your list. To-dos are unlimited and fully included in the free 7-day trial and on every plan.

Can one message both add a task and set a reminder?

Yes. If you say "add a task: remind me to call Dhaval at 6pm", NagMeLater adds a to-do item and schedules a reminder at the same time. Two things in one message.

What do you do with my messages?

Reminder messages are parsed to schedule your reminder, that's their only job. We don't sell data, send marketing blasts, or message you for any reason other than the reminders you asked for.

Your memory has a backup now.

The next thing you're afraid of forgetting, send it to NagMeLater right now. It takes ten seconds, and your first 7 days are free.
