Habit streaks

Habits stick when the nag finds you.

Habit apps work until you stop opening them. NagMeLater texts you at habit time, you reply “done”, and your streak grows, the whole loop happens inside WhatsApp.

Just say it like this

No commands to memorise, these are plain texts, and variations work too.

habit: go for a run at 7am dailycreate a habit, any activity, any time, any frequency
donelog the habit that just fired and grow your streak
habitssee every habit with its current streak and total count
stop coach / cancelhabits are reminders, cancel them the same way

Why it works

The loop is three words long

Create it once. When it fires, reply “done”. That's the entire system, no charts to configure, no app to remember. Streak milestones get their own celebration: 3 days ✨, 7 days 🔥, 14 days 🔥🔥.

Streaks that survive real life

Your streak is tracked per habit across every repeat, and your morning briefing shows all active streaks, so the first thing you see each day is the chain you don't want to break.

Works for any rhythm

Daily is just the start: weekly review habits, monthly deep-cleans, or “every 3 days water the plants”, any recurrence a reminder supports, a habit supports too.

Questions about Habit Streaks

How do streaks work?

Each time your habit fires and you reply “done”, that occurrence is logged. Consecutive completions build your streak; “habits” shows current streaks and lifetime totals.

What happens if I miss a day?

The streak resets, but the habit keeps nagging, the fastest way back is simply the next “done”. Your totals are never lost.

Can I track more than one habit?

Yes, as many as you like. A bare “done” logs the most recently fired habit, so replying right after the nag always logs the right one.

Do habits show up anywhere else?

Yes, your morning briefing includes a streaks section, and weekly/monthly reviews highlight your top streaks.
