Hands full, phone in a locker, a roster that flips every week. Nurses, paramedics, ER staff and every shift worker live in the gap between "I must remember that" and the next call bell. NagMeLater takes a voice note between patients, reads the date the way your shift works, and nags you in WhatsApp when it matters. No app to open, nothing to type.
Try it free on WhatsAppThe thought arrives at bed 12 with gloves on. By handover it is gone, and so is the thing you had to do.
When your day ends at 7 AM, most apps get the date wrong. The reminder lands a day early or a day late, and you stop trusting it.
Licence, CPR certificate, CE credits, the shift-swap window: the deadlines that matter most are the ones nobody nags you about.
Reminders were just the door. Behind it: tasks, notes, briefings and more, all by plain texting. Every card links to a full demo.
Press the mic, talk the way you would to a colleague: "remind me at seven AM to submit the shift swap for Saturday before the roster locks". NagMeLater transcribes it, shows you exactly what it heard, and sets the reminder for the moment you named, not the moment the shift is. Spelled-out times, mid-sentence "uh", any language: it is built for the way people actually speak when their hands are busy.
Remind me at 7 am to submit the shift swap before the roster locksReminders are set on your local calendar in your timezone, so "tonight", "tomorrow at 9 pm" and "Friday" mean what they mean on the ward, not on a server somewhere. Said it wrong at 3 AM? Reply "actually 9 am" or "pm not am" and the last reminder moves. Nothing to retype.
Remind me tomorrow at 9 pm that my licence renewal is due FridayCarers are the worst at caring for themselves. A habit reminder fires every day at the time you choose, you reply "done" between patients, and the streak builds. Miss one and it simply asks again tomorrow. No guilt, no app to open.

"todos" shows the list, "done 2" clears one, and a due date in plain words ("by Friday") is parsed for you.

Yes. Send a WhatsApp voice note in any language and NagMeLater transcribes it, shows you what it heard, and sets the reminder. Spelled-out times ("nine PM", "ten fifteen AM") and filler words are fine. If the transcript missed a word, reply "actually 9 pm" or "it is Metformin, not Metmorfin" and the reminder is corrected.
Every reminder is set on your local calendar date in your timezone. "Tomorrow at 9 pm" said at 2 AM on Thursday means Friday 9 PM, which is what the calendar says too. If you mean "this coming evening", say "tonight at 9 pm" or name the day: "Thursday at 9 pm". You can always check with "reminders" and move one with "edit 1 to friday 9pm".
They are sent to WhatsApp at the time you asked for and wait there like any other message. Turn on nag mode ("nag mode on") and a reminder you have not answered repeats every 30 minutes, up to three times, until you reply "done" or "snooze". For a fixed end time, "snooze till 8 am" holds it until you are off.
No app and no login: NagMeLater is a WhatsApp contact. Nothing you send is used for anything but your own reminders, and you should keep patient identifiers out of it, the same as any personal notes app. The first 7 days are free and unlimited with no card; after that it is a small monthly plan or a one-time lifetime price.
