Why a to-do list works: getting tasks out of your head and onto a list frees up the mental space you were spending trying not to forget them. The list is the easy part. Remembering to open it, and act, is the hard one.

Tick a task to mark it done. Everything saves automatically in this browser, nothing is uploaded.

How to use this to-do list template

  1. Brain-dump every task. Add them all with "+ Add task". Getting them out of your head is the point.
  2. Set priority and due date. Mark the High ones and add dates so the urgent tasks rise to the top.
  3. Tick as you finish. Check a task off and it shows as done, so you can see progress.
  4. Keep it. Download the CSV to open in Google Sheets or Excel, or print it.

The one flaw in every to-do list

A list only works on the days you remember to open it. Written down and left in a tab, even the most important task quietly waits, and the due date passes without a word.

NagMeLater closes that gap. Text it "todo call the plumber by Friday" and the task lives in the chat you already check all day, resurfaces in your morning briefing, and clears with "done 1". The list nudges you instead of waiting.

A list only works if you open it.

That is the one thing a to-do list template cannot do. Text NagMeLater "todo call the plumber by Friday" and the task lives in the chat you already check all day, resurfaces in your morning briefing, and clears with "done 1". Reminders, notes, habits and a daily coach included. First 5 free.
